Order Minimums, Fees & Discounts

Hospitals: Certain hospitals do not allow florists to deliver directly to patient rooms. In those cases, flowers may be left with hospital staff or the designated flower desk.

P.O. Boxes & APO addresses: We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO addresses.

If the Recipient Isn’t Available

If no one is available at the delivery location, our florist may:

Leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery

Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery

Please double-check delivery details during checkout. Rose & Blossom isn’t responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If redelivery is required, an additional $10 redelivery fee may apply.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Contacting the Recipient

Same-day orders are processed quickly and often cannot be changed or canceled once design has begun. If you need to make changes before processing, call (509) 921-7673 as soon as possible.

In certain situations, we may contact the recipient to confirm address details or ensure delivery availability.

Doorstep Delivery Requests

If you request that flowers be left at the door, responsibility for the arrangement transfers once delivery is completed.

For quality and safety reasons:

Flowers will not be left if temperatures are below freezin
